The information you provide may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone numbers, associated number of accompanying guests, their names and your specific requirements during your stay in the cottage if any.

We will use this information to correspond with you relating to your availability enquiry, dealing with any specific enquiries you may ask relating to your reservation and ensure our obligations under the terms of your booking a cottage are appropriate.

We will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

It will be provided to a third party when we are legally obliged to do so.

If West Tremaine Holiday Self Catering Holiday Cottages is acquired in the future by a third party, personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
