Once  availability has been confirmed a Booking Form  will be sent to you for completion and return either on line e mail or post.

A deposit of 25% of the rent is payable on booking a form is submitted.The payment may be via on line bank transfer or cheque. We are unable to accept credit cards.

The balance of the rent is due six weeks before the start of the holiday.

Failure to send the required balance by the due date may (at our discretion) be regarded as a cancellation of the holiday by the client.

If bookings are made within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday, the rent must be paid in full at the time of the booking.

In the event of a cancellation for any reason,and if the accommodation cannot be relet, the total price for the period booked will still be payable.We advise you to purchase an insurance policy against this risk.

If there is a need to cancel the booking, you should notify the owner in writing/ email as soon as possible.The owner will then endeavour to relet the period:if successful the owner will return the paid rent less  £25  to cover administration expenses.If the owner is unable to relet the cancelled property booking the guest will remain liable for the full cost of the holiday.We advise you to purchase an insurance policy against this risk.

 If for any reason beyond the owners control the property is not available on the date booked, all rent paid in advance will be refunded in full. We will accept no further liability.

The number of guests must not exceed the number on the Booking Form which allows a maximum of two guests in the Little Barn and four guests in the Roundhouse.

Guests are welcome to invite their friends/ relatives (subject to a reasonable limit) to visit them at Tremaine to share meals, Bbqs etc. In these cases the guest assumes full responsibility for their visitors in respect of any damage and  third party claim.Please notify us in advance of your guests arrival.

By prior agreement up to two well behaved dogs are welcome to stay in the Roundhouse cottage  and one in Littlebarn on the understanding that they are looked after in a proper manner.

Pets must not be left in the property unattended, and must  not be allowed on the furniture.We are surrounded by countryside and therefore the strictest control will be required at all times. Any damage caused by your pet will be the full responsibility of its owner.There is a charge of £20 per dog  per week payable at the time of booking.

Cottages are available from 3.30pm on the first day of the holiday. Please vacate by 10 am on the last day of the holiday.

Any complaints must be made immediately they arise.We regret that nothing can be done to deal with the problem or dissatisfaction if left unvoiced until the end the holiday.

The cottage must be left clean and tidy and in good order. We reserve the right to surcharge if the cottage is left untidy and dirty.You will be held responsible for any breakages.

We do not accept liability for loss, injury or damage suffered by you or a member of your party during your stay.

If you fail to comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to require you to vacate the property at once and without any compensation payable by  us.
